Sunday Group Run

The purpose of the group run, which draws many runners on any given Sunday, is to act as a clearinghouse for the local running community and encourage networking within the club and with new runners.

We have water and recovery drinks, fruit and bagels, sometimes more. These are provided to encourage runners to stick around after the run and talk about their running needs. Please invite fellow runners to join us for a go as you please social run any Sunday.

The run travels on the South Boulder Creek Path or the Cottonwood Trail depending upon the preferences of those attending. There are many optional trail routes. The length of the run is a decision of each runner.  Since the path route is typically an out and back route, one can choose a turn around point in accord with their own training needs.

The Sunday group run meets at 9:00 am in the winter months (8 a.m. beginning on the first Sunday in June)

BolderBoulder offices and the Boulder Road Runners start/finish location is at 5500 Central Avenue at 55th in Boulder.  There is ample parking on Sundays. Restrooms and a warming lobby are open to Road Runners.
