Follow Brian

After being a standout athlete at the University of Houston, Brian has continued to compete post-collegiately at the highest levels of track & field for years. Besides achieving a World Athletics Championship standard in 2022, he also made it to the 2021 Olympic Trials final, where he placed 11th in the 3000 meter steeplechase. Outside of his own training, and time spent coaching athletes across the world, Brian is utilizing his experience as a tool to give new runners a sense of deeper meaning with their relationships with running.

Through Aspire OTQ, Brian hopes to break down the barriers between professional and amateur, making himself a resource across all ages and abilities, to create a more inclusive running community.
