Follow Molly

Following an 11th place finish at the 2019 NCAA 1500 meter final, Molly knew her path was professional running – she just needed to find an avenue to pursue it. That avenue presented itself in Denver with the Colorado Springs Track Club. Training and working full-time in her new home, she missed the 2021 Olympic Trials 1500 meter standard by less than half a second. Undeterred, knowing her breakthrough was coming, she chose to train on her own for a year. This resulted in PBs of 4:07 in the 1500, and 4:30 for the mile. Despite her newfound momentum, a fractured navicular dismantled her 2023 season. Now healthy and racing in 2024, she’s determined that more breakthroughs are on the horizon.

Through Aspire OTQ, Molly hopes to show that success does not need to be supported by a professional contract, but through patience, determination, and love of the sport.
