The Summer All-Comers Track & Field meets are back in action starting June 11th and going every other Thursday night through the summer. Join us for all ages and abilities. We are the only All-Comers meets that offer all of the jumps, throws, sprints, distance, and a steeplechase event on June 29th.

Club Update May 2023
What an incredible time to be part of our local running community! We all have backstage access to the greatest show on earth. If there was a dry eye in town as local runners Emma Bates and Helen Obiri lit up Boston, I didn’t see it. And it isn’t just the pros. Our local elite teams, our elite BRR age group racers, high schoolers, and collegians around Colorado are also riding the wave.
Race Round Up: April 2023
The Boulder Road Runners are having great success in races this spring. Representing the club at the USATF Masters Grand Prix points, to world-class track meets, to the local 4k and back to Boston! Let’s celebrate our club members’ achievements.
Member Profile: Lynn Hermanson
It’s Never Too Late to Get Fit (and Fast!)
“I’ve arrived at my best life,” she says with confidence and a smile. “I never expected to be more fit at 71 than I was when I was 30, relatively speaking.”
She ran nearly as fast at last year’s BOLDERBoulder 2022, as she did when she ran the race back in 1980. She owns multiple All-American titles. And she consistently wins her age group in local 5ks. Remarkably, Lynn Hermanson is excelling at running like never before – all at age 71.

Sunday Group Run/Walk
The purpose of the group run/walk, which draws many runners on any given Sunday, is to act as a social easy run for the local running/walking community and encourage networking within the club.
The Sunday group run/walk meeting times:
Summer – 8:00 a.m. (June – Sept)
Winter – 9:00 a.m. (October – May)
Location: The Sunday run starts at the East Boulder Community Center (5660 Sioux Dr, Boulder, CO 80303) Please park in the lot furthest east which is closest to the creek footbridge.
